The Bryant team comprises talented and experienced individuals who are specialists in their respective fields of project management, financial analysis and reporting, HSEQ, contractual and regulatory compliance, value engineering, and logistics. The management team collaborates on all projects, providing our clients with the benefit of their combined disciplines and expertise. The Bryant team is led by three highly experienced and capable directors, including CEO and company founder, Max Bryant.
Max has over 40 years’ experience in the building industry predominantly in North Queensland. His main areas of expertise are in the design and construction of major developments, including prefabricated and modular housing, and project management. Max has excellent industry networks and applies his many years of experience to ensure the success of each project executed by the company.
Lorraine has a long background in the construction and finance industries with significant experience in office management, account management, auditing, financial reporting, and taxation. She has an excellent understanding of the commercial aspects of project delivery including contractual and regulatory compliance.
Chris has worked across the business in a variety of positions before settling on his niche interest in HSEQ. As the Bryant brand has grown, Chris has been the driving force behind the development and implementation of the Bryant Safety Management System.
