This project, completed for Officeworks, is a 2-storey, 3500m2 Class 6 retail showroom in the CBD of Cairns – the 3rd largest Officeworks store in the country.
It includes a modern showroom with receiving/storerooms and loading dock, with mezzanine level offices, training rooms and general amenities. The store is serviced by a generous amount of carparking (89 spaces including 2 x DDA spaces, 2 x Officeworks double trolley bays, 8 x bicycle spaces), with subtropical landscaping and vehicle access from both street frontages.
Despite 60 days of inclement weather, we delivered 6 weeks ahead of schedule, with the client continuously praising Bryant for its professionalism, proactiveness, attentiveness and execution of the project.
