Bryant completed the extension to the Mary Rice Building at St Joseph’s College, Toowoomba.
The ground floor comprises of three science rooms, a prep and tech room, GLA, and service corridor all accessed via a central corridor connecting to the existing music block.
Level 1 consists of a shared senior student and staff lounge, office spaces, staff amenities, gym, PE classrooms, as well as a student amenities block.
Level 2 contains 7 GLAs, with each being separated by operable walls to allow opening up for an exam room space.
The exterior boasts covered walkways, outdoor teaching area, accessible connection to existing Mary Rice and Waterford buildings, PWD parking, rainwater storage, as well as feature brick spandrel, blade wall and elliptical blades and battens, powder coated in the school colours
