This was a Design and Construct project for staff housing in the remote Cape York community of Bamaga. Along with the demolition of an existing 2-storey premises, this project consisted of client approval throughout the design stage. A new three bedroom highset building with lockup garage, storeroom and internal staircase along with split system A/C and security system makes this an asset to the department. Completed six weeks ahead of schedule and on budget, the client was understandably impressed with our achievable forecasts and our client focus.
