This project at Dixon Drive in Pimpama, is a 600sqm build of commercial tenancies including a medical centre and cafe. The timber frame structure, mixed with masonry finishes was designed to achieve a modern fit with the childcare centre and swim school next door. It also incorporates a deck that cantilevers over an existing bio-retention basin to gain as much square meterage as possible over the site.
