This project was split into two portions, with the main one being the design and construction of a multi-purpose Sports and Performing Arts Centre, comprising a performance stage, retractable grandstand seating, back-of-house change and prop areas, amenities, staff rooms, kitchenettes, box office, kiosk and an agricultural store. The second portion was the extension to an existing administration building for additional meeting rooms, break areas and larger offices for the Principal and BSM.
