This three-storey apartment development in Logan Central was the second NDIS project Bryant completed for the same client, both designed by Aspect APM. The facility features six private, fully accessible apartments with one central lift and a staircase providing access to all floors for all users and visitors.
All six apartments include an outdoor balcony offering a private external area. This D&C project once again reflects Aspect APM’s commitment to designing a high-quality, functional space that enhances independence and quality of life for NDIS participants with high physical needs.
