This project comprised 6 Separable portions with 5 new building and 2 refurbishments all within a 42-week timeframe. It included covered sports court and amenities; 2 new multi-purpose learning buildings; a new and refurbished admin building; and major upgrades to school infrastructure. Monsoonal weather at the start put the grand opening at risk, but the target was met by careful programming and subcontractor site meetings to expediate the project.
