The New Farm State School project included an infill of the school hall under croft (storage area). This project, while moderate in size, posed a number of significant operational challenges. These included limited road access; high levels of traffic; and dust and noise management in a high density and affluent residential area. Construction activities had to be synchronised with school activities whilst vigilantly maintaining the safety of students, teachers and workers.
