Newman Catholic College Stage 2 was a significant expansion of four levels to the existing Stage 1.
Stage 2 encompassed the construction of an art room on the ground floor, in addition to the creation of 15 GLAs. Operating within the confines of the Atika creek line and a zero boundary to the existing school at times proved challenging. However, the team implemented measures to minimise noise, dust, and traffic congestion while prioritising the safety and comfort of students and staff to ensure minimal impact of daily activities.
Throughout the project, the team employed value-added engineering principles to optimise efficiency and reduce the timeline, delivering the project 4 weeks earlier than anticipated
