Construction of a 5-storey, 80-room, boutique hotel on The Esplanade in Cairns, with a roof top bar and garden. The hotel was built above live retail tenancies, including some with 24-hour trading operations.
Bryant won the ‘Best Tourism and Leisure Facility over $10m’ category at the FNQ Master Builders Awards 2021 for its delivery of the project.
