This project included the construction of a new administration building, staff offices, multiple GLAs, therapy rooms, corporate services, outdoor learning areas and nature playgrounds at the Pine Rivers Special School in Moreton Bay, north of Brisbane.
The site team and subcontractors worked in unison to ensure the challenges they faced were managed safely and efficiently, including staged demolition, site constraints and working a live school environment.
