Construction of the Vera LaCaze amenties was the first stage in the Queens Park masterplan that Bryant delivered. Works included the preservation of existing heritage elements including bluestone pavements, pathways, and protected fauna throughout construction. The Bryant team also provided assistance in sourcing alternative materials (due to supply issues) that were in line with heritage requirements. These included alternative bluestone cladding materials sourced from a local stonemason. Client instructed additional works outside site area which were completed within main contract timelines.
