This D&C project, at 111 High Street, Berseker, in Rockhampton, was another successful NDIS development for a repeat client. Consisting of six units with a lift lobby and internal stairs over two levels, the complex also included an additional OOA unit. The six units were designed and built to NDIS specification with full disability access, including door automation throughout.
On top of a tight timeframe and budget, the project was also delivered within an extremely tight site which made coordination of trades and deliveries a challenge.
