This project was a new build of the Salvation Army building in Cairns, which comprised a commercial kitchen, administration offices and a huge, multi-function area which is used for Church activities, events, functions and other gatherings. The project was completed a month ahead of schedule and Bryant was able to save the client approximately 20% of the total budget through value engineering.
