Alterations and fitout of existing commercial building to accommodate new tenant. Construction of 6 new high specification studios including acoustic glazing, acoustic walls and specialised services and finishes. Scope also included structural modifications for critical infrastructure required for 24hr media operations including new generator enclosure, roof platforms for mechanical and satellite equipment and electrical main switchboard upgrades. The project required a high level of coordination with a large number of subcontractors working in a small area on a tight programme.
