This NDIS project at 69 Cinderella Drive, Springwood is a two-storey, purpose-built facility designed to provide high-quality, accessible living for individuals with high physical support and needs.
The building features spacious, fully accessible apartments tailored to meet the needs of residents, with wide doorways, customised bathrooms and ceiling hoists for all participants. The ground floor includes an overnight stay support service with two private living spaces, while the upper-level houses four more private living spaces.
The design, completed by Aspect APM, incorporates universal accessibility principles, with attention to safety, comfort, and independence. The project has numerous ramps, multiple lifts and staircases along with a range of assistive technologies to enhance daily living for participants most in need.
