The Sunshine Coast community is now the proud owner of this exceptional centre, located in Currimundi, boasting two indoor courts, including associated sports equipment, retractable basketball hoops & backboards, male, female and disabled changerooms, reception and café. The scope of works also included a new entry, nature PI, external carpark, equipment store, cleaner’s store, central link, the relocation of the Tea Tree building and landscaping. Facing issues such as latent conditions, extreme wet weather, price increases and labour shortages, the project team managed to work through these challenges, delivering a great end result.
