This project – the Metro South Resource Industries Trade Skills Centres – was one of three simultaneous new builds at Yeronga SHS, Balmoral SHS and Runcorn SHS, in Brisbane. Managing all three new builds at different locations took careful coordination and staging of the construction programs. Finding subcontractors that had the capacity to work on two to three sites at one time was part of the challenge in meeting the contract completion date.
